Gatherings & Events

The Faerie House may host retreats, workshops, intimate weddings, micro weddings, celebrations, creative gatherings, and group stays subject to prior approval and applicable agreements. Additional event agreements, deposits, insurance requirements, occupancy limits, vendor approvals, or cleanup fees may apply depending on the nature of the gathering.

Property Use

Guests agree to respect the property, surrounding mountain community, neighboring properties, and applicable local regulations, including quiet hours and occupancy requirements. Unauthorized events, unlawful activity, excessive noise, misuse of the property, or violation of house guidelines may result in cancellation of reservation, removal from the property, or additional fees.

Wellness & Creative Experiences

Any wellness sessions, movement offerings, workshops, creative experiences, or third-party services arranged through the Faerie House are voluntary and participated in at the guest's own discretion and risk. Faerie House Inc. does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

Photography & Media

Commercial photography, filming, production use, styled shoots, workshops, or media projects require prior approval. Faerie House Inc. reserves the right to use general, non-identifying property images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
